Founded general real estate brokerage business in Madison, Wisconsin, in the year 1948.  Mr. Espeseth has served as an officer of United Real Estate Corporation since 1950.  Certified General Appraiser #131,as issued by the State of Wisconsin.

Mr. Espeseth’s background includes extensive and varied real estate appraisal and consultant activities covering most types of properties for more than 30 years.  He has appeared in several Dane County courts as qualified expert, as well as other counties in the State of Wisconsin.

Mr. Espeseth has prepared real estate reports for many individuals, attorneys, lending institutions, national and local corporation, the City of Madison, the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Dane County and the State of Wisconsin.
