The residential appraisers working at United Real Estate Corporation have extensive experience appraising single family homes, residential lots, duplexes, and small apartment buildings.

United Real Estate Corporation is on the list of approved appraisers for many community, regional, and national banks and financial institutions.

Our appraisers provide residential real estate valuations for:

  • Underwriting of proposed mortgage loans for new home purchase, home loan refinancing e.g. 15 or 30 year fixed rate, ARMs, etc., and home equity loans
  • Completion of URAR appraisal forms (Uniform Residential Appraisal Report) required by secondary mortgage purchasers like FNMA and FHLMC (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac)
  • ERC Relocation Appraisals
  • Appraisals for use in estate planning or probate
  • Appraisals for use in legal proceedings
  • Appeals of real estate tax assessments

If you require a complex residential appraisal e.g. existing or proposed multi-family residential or single family residences with estimated market values greater than $500,000, please call the office and speak to an appraiser.
